Refund & Billing Policy

Aitune sells digital goods (generation credits and lossless download credits) delivered immediately upon successful payment. Purchases are not available to users in Excluded Territories (see Terms of Service).

1. General policy

Except where required by applicable law, purchases of credit packs are non-refundable once credits are granted to your account.

Unused credits that expire per our Terms (12-month pack validity, 30-day referral bonus) are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

2. Failed generations

If a music generation task fails, your generation credit is not consumed (the reservation is released). Failed generations do not qualify for a cash refund because no successful delivery occurred.

Failures may result from third-party AI service interruptions, rate limits, or policy changes. See our Terms of Service for details.

3. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error or twice for the same order, contact us within fourteen (14) days with your order ID and PayPal reference. We will investigate and remedy verified errors.

4. PayPal disputes

We cooperate with PayPal dispute resolution. Filing a dispute may result in account suspension pending investigation.
