Content: prompts, lyrics, generated audio metadata, published songs, playlists, comments, and social interactions.

Billing: order identifiers, amounts, PayPal transaction/capture IDs. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Technical: logs, IP address, and cookies or local storage used for authentication and preferences.

2. How we use data

To provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account.

Legal bases include performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Processors and third parties

We use service providers including: PayPal (payments), MiniMax (music generation), Resend (email verification), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting/CDN), Supabase/PostgreSQL (database), and Cloudflare R2 (optional audio storage).

Your data may be processed or stored outside your country (for example in the United States, European Union, or other regions where our providers operate).

We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

5. Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us; some billing records may be retained for legal and tax purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

If you are in the People's Republic of China, you may exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) by contacting us.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws (including UK GDPR or EU GDPR, as applicable).

We do not knowingly offer the service to users in Excluded Territories (see Terms of Service). If you believe we process your data in error, contact us.
