License & Usage Rights (Lossless Download)

This policy describes usage rights when a song on your account has licensed status (lossless download rights).

1. Scope of licensed status

Licensed status grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the audio you generated for personal projects and common commercial uses such as background music in videos, podcasts, and similar media.

Licensed status does not grant exclusive ownership, does not transfer copyright in the underlying AI model output to the extent restricted by law or third-party terms, and does not permit reselling or sublicensing the raw audio as a standalone music product or sample pack.

2. How rights are granted

Lossless download credit: redeem one credit per published song you own.

Legacy purchase: historical one-time purchases remain honored as licensed.

Membership auto-rights on publish: not currently available; subscription purchases are not yet offered.

3. Lossless download

When licensed, you may download lossless or high-quality audio files we provide for that song, subject to technical availability.

Rights persist after grant even if packs or other entitlements expire.

4. Your responsibilities

You must ensure your use complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights. Do not imply endorsement by artists or rights holders you do not control.

AI outputs may resemble existing works. Licensed status does not constitute a guarantee of non-infringement. You remain responsible for clearance before commercial distribution or public performance where required.
